The Pecos Bill Cafe is located right next door to the Diamond Horseshoe. It's a small counter-service eatery, with a limited menu and limited seating space. What the menu lacks in variety, it makes up for in an item very unique to Japan: tortilla wraps. It should be noted that while Mexican food is certainly nothing unusual in America (or Mexico for that matter), it's almost impossible to find in Japan. I know from first hand experience that only a small handful of markets in all of Tokyo even carry tortillas. The tortilla wraps here come in two varieties: beef and salsa, and chicken and guacamole.
